The role

Barcelona or surrounding areas | Hybrid position (remote work + office in Barcelona)

From The Vet Office, an agency specialized in veterinary recruitment, we are looking for a Veterinarian Area Manager with bilingual or very high-level French to join an international group in full expansion, based in Barcelona.

This is a strategic position, focused on commercial development between France and Spain, ideal for veterinarians with a communicative profile, commercial skills and a desire to grow long-term within a solid group.

What you'll do

Commercial development between France and Spain, with a focus on finding and managing clients in France.
Travel to France 1–2 times per month (all expenses covered by the company).
Availability to travel approximately 20–30% of the working day, mainly to France and occasionally to the group's various plants.
Negotiation of commercial agreements and contracts with clients.
Management and follow-up of assigned accounts, ensuring solid and lasting relationships.
Work in close collaboration with other internal departments, both with the Corsa commercial team in Barcelona and with the group's other commercial units.
Achievement of the established sales and growth targets.
Resolution of issues or challenges in client relationships, proposing effective solutions.
Preparation of reports, monitoring and analysis of results for key accounts, among other duties inherent to the position.

Requirements

Degree in Veterinary Medicine (essential).
Very high-level or bilingual French (essential).
Intermediate level of English.
Commercial and negotiation skills, results-oriented.
Driving licence (car a plus).
Organizational, communication and cross-functional teamwork skills with different teams.
Residence in Barcelona or surrounding areas, or availability to relocate.
