• Coordinate and supervise the activities and work of subcontractors, including the measurement of completed works.

• Collaborate in monitoring occupational health and safety (OHS) measures and act as a preventive resource.

• Monitor the progress of works, reporting progress using standardized templates.

• Manage materials, their storage, and supply, controlling the inflow and outflow of construction materials.

• Ensure product fidelity regarding commercial information and manage all relevant technical documentation.

• Implement the quality system, ensuring the correct execution of work units and compliance with standards.

• Prepare and control the final finishes through the use of construction checklists.
