The role

We are looking for a technical profile with a high level of English and experience in O&M projects in the wind sector. You will join a well-established company specializing in engineering and maintenance solutions for the wind sector, leading the development of new projects and increasing the company's know-how, focused on delivering the greatest added value possible.

What you'll do

The selected person will be responsible for:

* Acting as a technical reference and knowledge facilitator within the O&M area.
* Actively participating in the initial phases of strategic O&M projects.
* Providing O&M technicians with advanced support in fault diagnosis and resolution.
* Conducting technical and process audits.
* Defining and driving wind asset reliability strategies.
* Identifying, from the field, customer needs related to the development of new products, tools, or solutions.
* Analyzing operational data, incidents, and behavior patterns to optimize processes and detect opportunities that improve service, expand the value proposition, and generate new solutions aligned with the company's strategy.
* Delivering technical training both internally and to third parties.
* Collaborating with Product Engineering in the creation and maintenance of O&M knowledge management tools.
* Collaborating with Business Development in preparing O&M-related tenders.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Technical engineering degree.
At least 5 years of experience in O&M positions in the wind sector, or alternatively in the Renewable Energy industry.
High level of English (professional daily use).
Availability for occasional travel, mainly within Spain and the Americas.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Work base in the Pamplona area.
