Customer Service Representative (CSR)

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for MediaMarktSaturn customers. You'll answer questions about products and services via phone and email. You'll handle inbound contacts only.

You'll have the freedom to handle conversations in your own, authentic way, supported by the right tools and knowledge resources. You don't need to be a technical expert; an empathetic attitude and the desire to help customers are what matter most.

• Language skills: Excellent command of Dutch (C2 level) and a good command of English (B2 level).
• Availability: Available within our opening hours (Mon-Fri: 08:00-20:00, Sat: 09:00-20:00, Sun: 10:00-19:00). You'll work 5 days per week on rotating shifts. You'll work 2 out of 4 weekends per month, or 3 out of 5 weekends in months with 5 weekends.
  
  Due to the short contract duration, it's not possible to take vacation days during the contract period.
  
  
• Competencies: You have strong communication skills, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset.

• Salary: A fixed gross monthly salary between €1,718.70 and €2,094.66, depending on the number of contracted hours:
• Contract: A 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
• Hours: Flexible contract options of 32, 34, 36, or 39 hours per week.
• Flexible work model: You'll work at our office in Alicante if you live within a 50 km radius, or fully remotely from anywhere on the Spanish mainland if the distance to the location is greater than 50 km.
• Bonus: A performance-based bonus (based on quality and customer satisfaction, not sales).
• Training: A fully paid 1-week professional training to ensure a successful start.

Als klantenservicemedewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten van MediaMarktSaturn. Je beantwoordt vragen over producten en diensten via telefoon en e-mail. Je behandelt uitsluitend inkomende contacten (inbound).

Je krijgt de vrijheid om gesprekken op een eigen, authentieke wijze te voeren, ondersteund door de juiste tools en kennisbronnen. Je hoeft geen technische expert te zijn; een empathische instelling en de wil om de klant verder te helpen zijn het belangrijkst.

• Taalbeheersing: Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (C2-niveau) en een goede beheersing van het Engels (B2-niveau).
• Beschikbaarheid: Inzetbaar binnen onze openingstijden (Ma-Vr: 08:00-20:00, Za: 09:00-20:00, Zo: 10:00-19:00). Je werkt 5 dagen per week in wisselende shifts. Je werkt 2 van de 4 weekends per maand, of 3 van de 5 weekends in maanden met 5 weekends.
  
  Vanwege de korte contractduur is het niet mogelijk om vakantie op te nemen tijdens de looptijd.
  
  
• Competenties: Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, empathisch vermogen en een oplossingsgerichte mindset.

• Salaris: Een vast bruto maandsalaris tussen € 1.718,70 en € 2.094,66, afhankelijk van het gekozen aantal contracturen:
• Contract: Een contract van 6 maanden, met mogelijkheid tot verlenging.
• Uren: Flexibele contractmogelijkheden van 32, 34, 36 of 39 uur per week.
• Flexibel Werkmodel: Je werkt op ons kantoor in Alicante als je binnen een straal van 50 km woont, of volledig remote vanaf het Spaanse vasteland als de afstand tot de locatie groter is dan 50 km.
• Bonus: Een prestatiegerichte bonus (gebaseerd op kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid, géén verkoop).
• Training: Een volledig betaalde vaktechnische opleiding van 1 week om je start succesvol te maken.
