The role

We are selecting a Talent technician, managing recruitment and development for the Levante and Balearic Islands area, based in our offices in Xirivella, Valencia.

What you'll do

The functions at the workplace will be:

Manage recruitment processes: Posting and searching for profiles, personal interviews, candidate assessment, feedback, management of initial documentation, etc.
Coordinate the onboarding process and monitor the adaptation of new hires.
