The Redes Gas España business is responsible for the distribution of natural gas and renewable gas and operates on a national scale (Spain). What you'll do

In this context, the People unit is responsible for designing and implementing projects related to employee experience, talent development, and training in both technical skills and soft skills. You will be able to develop your knowledge and acquire learning in the following areas:

  • Actions aimed at improving the employee experience
  • Design of the onboarding process
  • Employer branding and talent attraction
  • Digitalization and automation of analytical processes (People Analytics)
  • Development and training plans

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Undergraduate student in Psychology, Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or Master's students in Human Resources.
  • Handling of people analytics tools.
  • English (C1) is valued.
  • Knowledge and use of MS tools: Teams, Sharepoint, Power BI is valued.
