Our client is a leading international company in industrial pumping solutions and is looking for a Purchasing Administrator to cover a 1-year maternity leave replacement with the possibility of permanent incorporation.

The main objective will be to manage and coordinate the purchasing process of goods and services necessary for the company's operations, ensuring quality, compliance with deadlines, and cost optimization.

What you'll do

Process purchase requests and generate purchase orders.
Follow up on orders and ensure receipt in a timely and proper manner.
Manage the registration of new suppliers and keep the database updated.
Participate in the negotiation of purchasing conditions (price, delivery time, payment terms).
Evaluate and compare supplier proposals to select the best options.
Inventory and warehouse control.
Review and process invoices related to purchases.
Prepare periodic reports on purchases, costs, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with company policies.

How you'll work

Location: L'Hospitalet de Llobregat.
Contract: temporary replacement (maternity). Duration of one year, with the possibility of extension.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00 and intensive Fridays, with flexibility in entry and exit times.
