Requirements

What we're looking for

🔹Proficiency in Galician.

🔹English level B1-B2.

🔹Minimum Secondary Education studies.

🔹Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.

We are looking for talented, energetic people with a vocation for service to join our customer service team, working for one of the leading companies in the European retail sector.

What you'll do

You will be a key piece in ensuring every customer enjoys the best shopping experience.

  •  You will advise customers by resolving doubts regarding sizes, product stock, and any retail sector incidents.
  • You will connect with our customers through different channels: telephone, chat, and email.
  • You will make a difference, offering close, efficient, and solution-oriented service.

How you'll work

  • 39-hour work week, Monday to Sunday from 9:00 to 23:00 (rotating shifts)
