Requirements

What we're looking for

🔹 English B2 Level Essential: Although interaction with the customer will be in Spanish, English is necessary given that the training will be in English and the systems are in English.

🔹 Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center (telephone, chat, or email).

🔹 Secondary education (ESO/Bachillerato).

🔹 Customer orientation and the ability to manage interactions with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

🔹 Excellent oral and written communication.

🔹 Skill in IT environments and keyboard agility.

Nice to have

🔹 Native / High proficiency in Catalan (valuable) for the morning shift.

🔹 Experience in marketplaces and e-commerce is highly valued.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

🎯 Contract: via ETT for 3 months+3 months (extendable, stable service).

💰 Salary: €9.71 gross per hour + language bonus + night and transport bonus for the evening shift.

📅 Schedule: 39 hours per week from Monday to Sunday with two weekends off per month.

Morning shift: 8 AM to 4 PM

Afternoon shift: 4 PM to 12 AM

🏆 Extras: 14-day initial online training provided by the company, possibility of hybrid work

Do you have experience as a TELEOPERATOR (M/F/X) 100% CUSTOMER SERVICE SECOND-HAND FASHION SECTOR or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in Madrid.

What you'll do

✔️ Customer service via telephone, chat, and email, resolving inquiries from buyers and sellers. English is necessary because the training will be in English and the systems are in English.

✔️ Management of incidents related to listings, buying/selling processes, payments, wallet, identity verification, and shipments.

✔️ Accurate recording of each interaction in the internal tools.

✔️ Escalation of complex cases following established procedures.

✔️ Compliance with service quality standards (KPIs, times, first interaction resolution, customer satisfaction survey).
