What we're looking for

🔹 Minimum 6 months of previous experience as a Coordinator in a Contact Center

🔹 Minimum B2 English

🔹 Good proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

🔹 Ability to manage conflicts, mediate, and resolve incidents within the team.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

🎯 Contract: Contract directly with the company, starting with 6 months with the possibility of becoming permanent (the service is stable)

💰 Salary: 1689 euros gross/month (20,278 euros annually)

📅 Schedule: 2 options:

SPLIT SHIFT: from 10:00 to 19:00 (with time for lunch)

AFTERNOON SHIFT: from 16:00 to 24:00

🏆 Extras: Training UNDER CONTRACT from day one

What you'll do

✔️ Compliance with the methodology in project management (an important second-hand fashion company)

✔️ Control of the onboarding phase for the team's telephone agents

✔️ Monitoring of agents for quality follow-up

✔️ Management of attendance, permits, and vacations

✔️ Measurement of attitudinal aspects

✔️ Administrative management and preparation of reports
