Requirements

What we're looking for

C2 level of Galician, essential for the position.
Minimum education: compulsory secondary education (ESO).
Intermediate level of Office Suite and good handling of IT tools.
Keyboard agility and ease of working with IT applications.
Previous experience of at least one year in telephone customer service, contact center, or banking management will be valued.
Availability to complete an initial three-week online training, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 14:30 h.
Availability to work split shifts or afternoon shifts.

Grupo CRIT is selecting customer service teleoperators with Galician for an important multinational in the banking sector located in Jerez de la Frontera.

If you have a C2 level of Galician, you enjoy interacting with people, and you are looking for an opportunity to develop your professional experience in a large company, we want to meet you!

You will join a customer service team where you will help individuals resolve their inquiries and manage their needs related to their banking products and services.

What you'll do

Handle incoming calls from individual customers and resolve their doubts and incidents.
Perform the necessary tasks to offer agile, close, and effective service.
Identify the needs of each customer and offer adapted solutions, including cross-selling actions.
