The role

📢 We Are Looking For You! We are looking for a TELEPHONE AGENT FOR NIGHT SHIFT 100% REMOTE WORK. 📢

Do you have experience as a Telephone Agent (M/F/X) or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work.

What you'll do

✔️ Resolve inquiries and requirements whenever possible and, when they require additional analysis, identify and escalate them to the corresponding area.

✔️ Adopt the necessary preventive actions to minimize possible impacts on the business.

✔️ Apply the protocols, scripts, and responses previously defined and validated by the Legal area, ensuring that the information provided complies with the established guidelines.

✔️ Record inquiries and management performed through the various channels in a complete and appropriate manner.

✔️ Keep knowledge updated regarding the Service, products, and associated procedures.

✔️ Escalate any incident or situation requiring additional support or follow-up to the supervisor.

✔️ Contribute to the fulfillment of the contractual service levels established for the project

How you'll work

39 hours per week for two weeks and 30 hours per week for the other two, until reaching a total of 138 monthly hours.

Rotation:

2 Weeks of 39 hours: from Sunday to Wednesday from 10 PM to 8 AM.

2 Weeks of 30 hours: from Thursday to Saturday from 10 PM to 8 AM.

*Prior training with contract from Monday to Friday from 12 PM to 5 PM for 3 weeks*

🔹 Previous experience as a telephone agent

🔹Experience working with Office tools.

🔹Ability to work in a team

🔹Organized, methodical, highly responsible person with the ability to learn multiple tasks to be versatile

🔹Good connection at home and ability to connect directly to the router via cable.

🔹 Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
