Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational training related to logistics.
Forklift license and experience with reach trucks.
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions in logistics operators and 3PL warehouses.
Proven experience in team management (15 to 20 people) and in high-volume operations environments.
Advanced knowledge of logistics processes and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Proficient in office tools (Excel, ERP, corporate email).
Knowledge of occupational risk prevention and safety regulations.
Social skills to integrate into a team and lead it.

Nice to have

Valuable experience in e-commerce client logistics and B2B.

The role

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager in Sabadell.

Do you have experience as a Warehouse Manager? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people available to work in Sabadell.

What you'll do

Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily warehouse activities: receiving, storage, order preparation, stock control, and shipping.
Ensure compliance with operational procedures and internal policies, as well as health and safety regulations.
Control and optimize inventory levels, performing cycle counts and stock audits.
Coordinate the loading and unloading of goods with carriers, ensuring compliance with agreed deadlines with clients.
Ensure product traceability and proper document management in the WMS system.
Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff, fostering efficiency, discipline, and teamwork, managing a team of 15 to 20 people.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and propose actions to optimize storage and shipping processes (layout, internal routes, picking, packing, etc.).
Collaborate with the Operations department and clients to resolve logistics issues and improve service.
Ensure compliance with the department's key performance indicators (KPIs): productivity, stock accuracy, shipping punctuality, and service level.
Coordinate the maintenance and proper use of equipment, machinery, and storage systems.

How you'll work

📅 Schedule: Full-time from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with 1 hour for lunch and availability to work overtime during peak periods.
