About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager in Sabadell.

What you'll do

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily warehouse activities: receiving, storage, order preparation, stock control, and shipping.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and internal policies, as well as health and safety regulations.
  • Control and optimize inventory levels, performing cycle counts and stock audits.
  • Coordinate the loading and unloading of goods with carriers, ensuring compliance with agreed deadlines with clients.
  • Ensure product traceability and proper document management in the WMS system.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff, fostering efficiency, discipline, and teamwork, managing a team of 15 to 20 people.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and propose actions to optimize storage and shipping processes (layout, internal routes, picking, packing, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the Operations department and clients to resolve logistics issues and improve service.
  • Ensure compliance with the department's key performance indicators (KPIs): productivity, stock accuracy, shipping punctuality, and service level.
  • Coordinate the maintenance and proper use of equipment, machinery, and storage systems.
