Warehouse Manager

• University degree (Bachelor's, Diploma) or Higher Cycle/Degree in areas related to logistics, engineering, or business management.
• A high level of English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in management positions within logistics or purchasing departments.
• Advanced command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong skills in results orientation, business acumen, responsibility, and quality, with a score of 5/5 in each of them.
• Ability to define policies, organize stocks, manage teams, and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Navision, etc.) and specific training in IATF and process management will be valued.

Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will be the maximum person responsible for:

• Managing and directing the logistics department, ensuring the supply of materials and the correct management of raw material stocks, work-in-progress products, and finished products.
• Defining and implementing the company's transportation and inventory management policy, optimizing costs and delivery times.

Organizing, supervising, and negotiating relationships with carriers and logistics service providers.

• Collaborating closely with the Purchasing department to integrate logistics needs into supplier negotiations.
• Leading and managing the logistics and shipping team, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
• Ensuring compliance with Quality Management systems (IATF regulations, etc.), the preparation and control of associated documentation, and the preparation and follow-up of internal and external audits.
• Managing safety in warehouse and loading operations, as well as environmental regulations related to waste management.
• Acting as a key liaison with clients on logistics and quality matters.
