About the position

Do you have experience as a Teleoperator or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in Valencia.

💡 What you will do on a daily basis

Handle incoming calls from customers in the banking sector
Provide clear and concise information about the financial product or service
Resolution of incidents and inquiries
Identify cross-selling opportunities
Management of CRM systems

What we offer

🎯 Contract: Initially a 3-month contract through an ETT with the possibility of extension (stable service).

💰 Salary: €9.34/h gross

📅 Schedule: Part-time 30.5h/week in morning shifts 9am-3pm or afternoon shifts 4pm-10pm. ON-SITE WORK from Monday to Sunday with two weekends off per month.

🏆 Extras: 15 days of initial training. Online. Starting 05/25/2026. Paid.

Atender llamadas entrantes de clientes del sector bancario
Ofrecer información calara y concisa sobre el producto o servicio financiero
Resolución de incidencias y consultas
Identificar oportunidad de ventas cruzadas
Gestión de sistemas de CRM

Lo que ofrecemos

🎯 Contrato: Contrato inicialmente a través de ETT de 3 meses con posibilidad de prórroga (servicio estable).

💰 Salario: 9,34€/h en bruto

📅 Horario: Jornada parcial de 30,5h/s en turno de mañanas 9h-15h o tardes de 16h-22h. TRABAJO PRESENCIAL de lunes a domingo con dos fines de semana al mes de descanso.

🏆 Extras: Formación inicial de 15 días. Online. Inicio el 25/05/2026. Remunerada.
