The role

TRIBBU is building the future of shared mobility, and that

future does not depend only on what we do behind closed doors: it depends on

the rules of the game that are written outside. Today, TRIBBU's CEO

is performing—unplanned—the role that this

position should occupy, negotiating alone at every institutional table at

a moment when she needs to lead the company, not substitute for this

team. To give you an idea of the magnitude: moving a single

regulatory criterion can mean more than 5 million euros in

revenue in two years. We have spent time playing undersized in

the most differentiating area of our business. That ends here. This

position exists so that TRIBBU stops reacting to the decisions of

others and starts being part of how they are made.

What you'll do

-Build and nurture long-term relationships with institutions,

regulators, media, and political actors relevant to the mobility

sector.

-Lead the heads of Public Affairs, Corporate

Communication, and Legal, setting the strategy, providing context, demanding

excellence, and protecting your team so they can do their

work area.

-Act as a trusted partner to the CEO in everything related to

reputation, regulation, and the company's public positioning.

-Direct the narrative and institutional relationship in key business

processes, including possible funding rounds.

-Manage external agencies with your own judgment, directing the

strategy instead of delegating to disengage.

In 6 months, TRIBBU will have a real presence at the tables where

important decisions for the sector are made, not as guests but as an actor with

a voice. In 12 months, you will have consolidated a solid team in the three

areas you lead and demonstrated, with facts, that well-exercised

influence translates into business results at the scale at which

TRIBBU is growing.
