Requirements

What we're looking for

Training in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
3 years of experience in quality and knowledge of fabrics (seat covers).
Proficiency in quality standards and internal/customer quality standards (VDA, APQP, ISO 9001, IATF 16949...).
High level of Excel and quality methodologies.
Minimum English level of B2.

As a Quality Engineer - Project Management , you will guarantee customer satisfaction and the quality of products and processes, acting as a strategic link and coordinating and supervising project execution, ensuring the fulfillment of objectives, deadlines, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

You will guarantee customer satisfaction, acting as a link between the customer and the Tier 1.
You will supervise the quality of processes and production at the customer's facilities.
You will lead incident resolution, root cause analysis, and the follow-up of corrective actions.
You will coordinate the teams and departments involved to ensure the fulfillment of objectives.
You will plan and monitor project activities, deadlines, and deliverables.
You will identify risks and deviations and propose action plans.
You will monitor KPIs and prepare project follow-up reports.
You will lead meetings with the customer and internal teams, ensuring the fulfillment of commitments.
You will promote audits, continuous improvement, and compliance with quality standards.
You will supervise and train rework personnel at the customer's facilities.
