As a Metrologist, you will be the one ensuring that manufactured parts meet customer specifications through precise measurements, dimensional analysis, and metrological control of measuring equipment.

• Perform dimensional measurements with high-precision instruments: CMM, measuring and scanning arms, calipers, micrometers, profile projectors, comparators, profilometers, etc.
• Program and execute measurements on three-dimensional machines and articulated arms using software.
• Interpretation of technical drawings and geometric tolerances for the verification of parts and mechanical assemblies.
• Prepare measurement reports, certificates of conformity, and associated technical documentation.
• Verify, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment according to established procedures, ensuring metrological traceability.
• Collaborate actively with the Quality, Engineering, and Production departments in resolving dimensional problems and non-conformities.
• Provide support to the senior metrologist in workload planning, measurement prioritization, and laboratory backlog management.
• Propose improvements in measurement methods, clamping tools, and laboratory procedures.
• Basic maintenance of records and document management using office tools (Excel, technical software, ERP, etc.)
