What you'll do

You will be responsible for coordinating operational missions on the ground, managing personnel, and ensuring the correct development of the relationship with the client.

Verify the feasibility of missions and guarantee optimal service quality. Size the personnel required for the mission (human resources, materials, and workstation organization). Perform audits of workstations, as well as analyze and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Ensure the use of conformity control, traceability, and quality monitoring documents.
Provide support in the supervision of the center's administrative management: Human Resources, Invoicing, Procurement
Provide technical and specific support to your team during missions.
Ensure the training of your personnel and the implementation and application of work procedures and instructions.
Record reported customer complaints and communicate them to the direct Manager in order to improve service efficiency.
Participate in the complaint handling process
Report the status of the service to the Site Manager.
