The role
Your mission and challenges at TwoJeys:
At TwoJeys, we are looking for a PR Manager to execute and coordinate the PR area, ensuring the brand's visibility, relevance, and consistency across all its touchpoints.
This role is key within the most cultural area of PR at TwoJeys: the one that builds and nurtures community, manages relationships with talent and key profiles, and maintains constant communication aligned with the brand universe.
Your impact will be in the positioning of TwoJeys through talent management, gifting, and events, generating visibility and a real connection with our community.
This is not a purely strategic role, but rather a role focused on execution, coordination, and day-to-day management, with brand sensitivity and the ability to activate initiatives with agility and judgment.
What you'll do
PR execution and day-to-day management
Execute the global PR plan: press, talent, gifting, and loans.
Manage the database (press, talent, KOLs) and keep it updated.
Coordinate and follow up on gifting and loans (shipments, timings, contacts, results).
Draft PR materials: press releases, pitches, interviews, etc.
Manage daily relationships with press, talent, agencies, and stylists.
Talents and KOL’s: execution of the plan with talents through gifting, contacting them, and analysis.
Loans: supervision of lookbooks and distribution to stylists, pushing during key moments (festivals, concerts, and editorials).
Provide support in casting for campaigns and e-commerce.
Events and activations
Coordinate PR events end to end (pre, during, and post), including logistics, guests, and follow-up.
Actively participate in brand events and activations, with availability to travel when necessary.
Coordinate and execute activations in collaboration with in-store PR, especially in pilot stores such as Barcelona and London.
Ensure that every activation has impact and consistency with the brand.
Brand relations and positioning
Build and nurture key current relationships in a very organic way; with press, talent, agencies, and relevant profiles.
Detect organic visibility opportunities for the brand.
Ensure close, agile treatment aligned with the TwoJeys tone in all interactions.
Monitoring and reporting
Follow up on actions and results (clippings, impacts, recaps of events and campaigns).
Prepare monthly reports with learnings and results of the executed actions.
Cross-functional coordination
Work with Brand, Product, and Retail teams to ensure consistency in all actions.
Align PR needs with in-store activations and key business moments.
Support the Head of PR & Partnerships in the implementation of initiatives and area priorities.
Performance, data, and reporting
Define and follow clear channel KPIs:
Shipment / publication ratio.
Quality and usability of generated content.
Learnings by creator type and product.
Weekly and monthly reporting focused on: what works and what doesn't, proposals, and actions.
