The role

Provide support in the administrative and operational tasks of the HCV.

What you'll do

Presence at reception, first response to visitors and veterinary emergencies.
Answer telephone calls and transfer them when necessary.
Management of schedules for the various veterinary services.
Veterinary document management, referrals, medical reports, diagnostic images with clients.
Customer billing.
Support for assistants in all tasks they may require.
