- Paid Media strategy and execution

• Define and lead the paid acquisition strategy for the assigned brand.
• Direct management of the monthly/annual budget with a focus on ROI, CPL, and CAC.
• Planning and execution of campaigns in:

• Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube)

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• TikTok Ads (if applicable)

• Other relevant performance channels depending on the mix.

• Creation of scalable, performance-oriented campaign structures.
• Continuous optimization of bids, audiences, creatives, and landings.
• Exhaustive control of the full funnel.

- Agency governance and management

• Lead the relationship with Paid Media agencies.
• Define clear objectives, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Validate strategies, campaign structures, and optimization proposals.
• Weekly monitoring of performance and lead quality.
• Demand strategic vision and business focus (not just tactical execution).

- Analysis and reporting

• Deep analysis of results by channel, campaign, and funnel.
• Development of operational dashboards for daily/weekly monitoring.
• Identification of growth and scalability levers.
• Data quality control alongside analytics (tracking, conversions, attribution).
• Periodic presentation of results to internal stakeholders.

- Performance stack and technology

• Mastery of the Paid Media technical ecosystem:
