Your mission will be to ensure that every employee experiences a smooth and seamless work experience, guaranteeing agile, accurate payroll administration that is always aligned with regulations. Through your work, you will contribute to making the Human Resources team a benchmark of efficiency, trust, and support for the entire workforce.

• Social Security registrations and cancellations (RED System)
• Hiring and communication of contracts (Contrat@)
• Payroll and social security management (SILTRA)
• Management of leaves, vacations, overtime, and sick leave / work accident leave / maternity / paternity leave
• Absenteeism control
• Communications with public entities
• Management of training, bonuses, and processing
• Filing
