The main objective will be to ensure that the implemented solutions contribute to operational and academic excellence, ensuring alignment with institutional strategic objectives, the technical and functional quality of deliverables, and compliance with established deadlines and budgets. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technological projects that support academic processes within the framework of the UAX Group.

• Lead implementation, evolution, and maintenance projects for the applications that support academic management
• Define and manage project plans, including schedules, resources, budget, risks, and deliverables.
• Ensure the technical, functional, and documentary quality of the developed or implemented solutions.
• Coordinate and supervise internal teams and external providers, both on-site and remote.
• Guarantee the proper integration of solutions into the corporate technological ecosystem.
• Drive the adoption of methodologies and best practices in project management.
• Ensure the correct management of the project lifecycle
• Prepare executive monitoring reports for different stakeholder levels.
• Collaborate closely with the academic and systems areas in identifying opportunities for improvement and evolution of current tools.
