Health Manager - Orihuela

Previous educational requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration, Law, Labor Relations, or similar.
• Basic Word and Excel.

Valued requirements:

• Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention or similar.

Umivale Activa, a collaborating mutual insurance company of the Social Security that guarantees advisory services to companies and assistance in worker protection, requires a Health Manager for the ORIHUELA clinic.

Among others, and reporting directly to the area manager, they will be responsible for the following functions:

Company and Office Maintenance:

• Manage and advise through direct maintenance on different matters:

- Absenteeism

- Social security benefits (delegated payment and direct payment)

- Occupational Health Promotion

• Advise on IT tools and resources for mutualists: Amicus, Web, APP, centers, surveys, workshops, BTQ's...etc)
• Informative meetings, in person or remotely.
• Advise and respond to any inquiry from I/E Clients.

Management:

• Manage benefits (liaison with Central Benefit Services): SUSPAL, ATRIUM, INSS Claims and/or Delegated Payment, Undue Deductions, PECATA.
• Support or collaborate in administrative tasks of the service.
• Maintain the database.
• Manage orders in AX and/or inventories in S22.
• Send mail, receive and place/distribute material/orders.
• Follow up on processes, Clinical Records, etc.
