Umivale Activa, a collaborating mutual insurance company of the Social Security that guarantees advisory services to companies and assistance in the protection of workers, requires a Graduate or Licentiate in Medicine for its center in Algeciras (Cádiz)

Among others, and reporting directly to the area manager, they will be responsible for the following functions:

• Urgent and scheduled medical assistance in the occupational accident clinic.
• Patient reception (anamnesis, evolution, and follow-up).
• Determination of contingency.
• Examination according to protocols and complementary tests.
• Diagnosis, application, and follow-up of treatment.
• Assessment of functional capacity.

• Medical leave, discharges, and referrals to specialists.
• Management of non-attendance.
• Proposals for disability discharge, approval of direct payments, medical reports (patient or INSS), and information on occupational diseases. Signed consents.
• Control of processes in contracted centers.
• Telephone assistance for inquiries and relations with public bodies (INSS, Inspection).
• Collaborate in judicial proceedings.
• Recommendations for appropriate healthy habits.
• X-rays, conservation of sanitary material and equipment.
• Work management programming (agenda and appointments, email), reporting actions in the application, review and supervision of active medical leave, collaboration in work methods, control of care expenditure, collaboration in the fight against fraud.
