Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Labor Relations, Degree in Business Administration (ADE) or similar.
Proficiency in ICTs, office tools, and the Office suite.
Driver's license and own vehicle.
Customer experience.
We are looking for a sociable person, with the ability to relate and integrate, with charisma, capacity for self-improvement, perseverance, competitiveness, decisiveness, with organizational and management skills, and customer-oriented.
Availability from Monday to Friday.
Residence in the locality where the vacancy has arisen or surrounding areas.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Permanent contract.
Full-time, 1692 annual hours.
Schedule from Monday to Friday, three days from 09:00h to 14:00h and from 15:00h to 19:00h, two days from 08:00h to 15:00h.
27 working days of vacation per year.

Umivale Activa, a collaborating mutual insurance company of the Social Security that guarantees advice to companies and assistance in the protection of workers, requires a Health Manager.

Among others, and reporting directly to the area manager, they will be responsible for the following functions:

What you'll do

• Inform company GAP and Office:
- Inform about services/coverages/first aid kits.
- Social security/absenteeism/prevention days.
- Complaints/inputs.
- Online tool keys.
- Onboarding for mutualist companies.
- Management of mutualist sick leave.
- Data updates (GRID).
- Management of DP changes.
- Inform about Social Security regulatory updates.
- Satisfaction survey.

• Prevent:
- General preventive activity plan.
- Accident report.
- Preventive dissemination/health promotion.

• Cure/Absenteeism:
- EAC absenteeism.
- Management of contingencies with or without sick leave.
- Absenteeism report.
- Management of EP's.

• Pay:
- Management of Delt@/conta/IGATT and RED system.
- Delegate payment/undue deductions.
- LREoL management.
- Direct Payment management.
- CUME/CATA/special benefits management.
