Indicators Technician

- Permanent Contract.
- Full-time schedule of 1692 annual hours.
- Schedule from Monday to Friday from 8-15 and two afternoons (one until 18h and another until 19h)

Umivale Activa, a Social Security collaborating mutual insurance company that guarantees advisory services to companies and assistance for the protection of workers, requires an Indicators Technician in its Management Control department in Madrid (Poeta Joan Maragall-31, 28020).

Among others, and reporting directly to the direct supervisor, they will be in charge of the following functions:

Data analysis and validation:

• Generation of financial and management reports.
• Definition and monitoring of indicators regarding economic benefits, healthcare assistance, and any other expense of relevance to the Mutual's management.
• Performance indicators at different levels, establishment of objectives, monitoring, and proposal of actions for their fulfillment.
• Participation in the preparation of the Mutual's strategic plan.
• Analysis of claims and their financial impact.
• Development and automation of reports using tools such as advanced Excel and PowerBI.
• Optimization of control and reporting processes.
• Identification of improvement opportunities in internal processes.
• Support in the definition of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Collaboration with different services to ensure the fulfillment of financial objectives.
• Coordination with the Technology division for the improvement of information systems.
• Assistance to Management

• Control and analysis of income and expenses, preparation of profit and loss statements, expenses by manager, expenses by origin.
• Monitoring of the annual budget, analysis of deviations, and proposals for action.
• Analysis of deviations between budgeted and actual amounts.
• Reporting possible deviations to the different managers and proposing possible solutions to correct them.
