We are currently looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE/ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN FOR UTEs in Madrid.

We are looking for a person with experience in administration, accounting, or financial management related to the construction, engineering, installation, or works sector. This is not a management position, but rather a technical-administrative role involving participation in the accounting, documentary, and financial management of UTEs.

Previous experience in UTEs will be valued, although we will also consider profiles in site administration or accounting within a construction company who are interested in specializing in this field.

What you'll do

- Recording, monitoring, and controlling the accounting information of the UTEs.

Support in monthly closings, balance sheets, and financial reports.

- Monitoring treasury, collections, and payments.

- Issuing, reviewing, and monitoring customer invoicing.

- Support in the preparation and submission of tax obligations.

- Review and analysis of financial documentation of non-managed UTEs.

- Administrative coordination with the site, central administration, UTE partners, customers, and suppliers.

- Document control, support in audits, and internal reporting.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- Higher Level Training Cycle (FP) in Administration, Finance, or similar. A degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Business Studies, Economics, or similar will be valued.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative, accounting, or financial-economic positions within a construction company or engineering firm.

-Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

- Organizational skills, administrative rigor, and attention to detail.

- Availability to travel within the Community of Madrid as required by the projects, after an initial period in the office.
