The role

POSITION: Internship - Administrative Management Support - Talent Pool

Position not currently open. When we are actively recruiting, we will review applications.

For this position, we are looking for a person with the possibility of signing an internship contract. They should be proactive, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and learning. Additionally, they should have an analytical approach oriented toward problem-solving.

What you'll do

· CRM management and handling.

· Student enrollment and verification in the training platform.

· Preparation and management of administrative documentation related to courses.

· Follow-up and coordination via phone calls with trainers from the different training providers (AAFF).

· Coordination with the teaching and technical team.

· Handling and resolving inquiries from assigned trainers and coordinators.

COMPETENCIES

· Ability to identify and solve problems.

· Proper time management.

· Flexibility and adaptability.

· Ability to collaborate with other professionals.

· Ability to convey information clearly and concisely.

TECHNICAL AND IT SKILLS

· Microsoft Office Suite.

· Knowledge of training management applications is a plus: SFOC, FUNDAE, or any CRM for management. When filling out the form, it is not necessary to complete everything, only the required fields. We do need your CV and your answers to the questions asked. Thank you!
