You will drive direct search / sourcing for positions where the market requires it.
You will participate in presentations at universities and job forums.

Ability to work autonomously.
High level of English (environment and stakeholders).
Advanced Excel (tracking, analysis, reporting).
Analytical capacity and attention to detail.
Very good communication skills and relationship management with internal clients.
Planning, quality, and results orientation.
Teamwork and collaboration.
High tolerance for pressure (peaks of activity and changing priorities).

Highly valuable: experience in direct sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter / proactive sourcing, mapping, outreach).

Join a Human Capital team with a real impact on business growth and talent quality.
Continuous learning in an environment where professional development is part of PwC's DNA.
Exposure to complete processes, interaction with multiple areas, and the possibility of specializing in attraction, campus, sourcing, and process improvement.
A demanding environment, yes, but with a focus on excellence, collaboration, and experience.
