Requirements
What we're looking for
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with more than 5 years of experience, solid mastery of Java, Spring Boot and React, and the ability to take on the end-to-end development of functionalities.
You will join a 100% remote project, working with one of our clients, a leader in the Spanish banking sector. We seek solid experience with AWS, CI/CD, REST APIs and automated testing, as well as an English level of B2 or higher.
- More than 5 years of experience in software development, with the ability to work autonomously on Full Stack solutions and take responsibility for end-to-end functionalities.
- Solid experience in API and microservices development with Java / Spring Boot, including design, implementation, integration, and evolution of REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience developing and modifying Frontend applications with React, including integration with APIs and the evolution of existing applications.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and JPA / Hibernate technologies.
- Experience working with AWS and cloud architectures.
- Solid and demonstrable experience in CI/CD, pipeline automation, quality gates, testing, and deployment processes.
- Experience in testing beyond unit testing, including integration testing, API testing, functional testing, and end-to-end testing. Valuable experience with tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Postman/Newman, or similar.
- Experience with Git, Maven, JUnit, and Mockito.
- Knowledge of hexagonal, decoupled, and event-driven architectures.
- Ability to work end-to-end on a functionality, making changes when necessary across the different layers: React → API → microservices → persistence → integration → testing → deployment.
- Good level of English is mandatory (minimum B2), with the ability to operate fluently in an international professional environment, both in conversations and in technical documentation and meetings. Native Spanish or equivalent.
Nice to have
- Valuable experience in the development or modification of mobile applications.
- We will especially value experience applying Artificial Intelligence to the software development lifecycle, for example through AI-assisted coding tools, code generation and review, test generation, documentation, analysis/troubleshooting, or improvement of development productivity.
