The role

We are looking for a dynamic MEP Site Engineer with proven experience to join the construction of a high-standing residential project in Pedralbes, Barcelona. This is a 100% on-site position, which requires relocation to the Barcelona region.

What you'll do

  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal design and Quantity Surveying (QS) teams, as well as to external designers, consultants, and contractors throughout the design process.
  • Participate in the review and evaluation of electrical, HVAC, and mechanical installation designs, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to optimize the integration of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
  • Agilely resolve technical problems and challenges that may arise during the design phase.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, codes, and regulations applicable to MEP systems.
  • Support the management, control, and monitoring of changes and variations in accordance with the company's internal procedures.
