• Should have strong practical knowledge and experience preparing gluten-free, sugar-free, and grain-free meals, with a solid understanding of cross-contamination, ingredient sourcing, food labels, and suitable substitutions.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken - essential for this role.
• Strong knowledge of multiple international cuisines, nutrition, allergen management, and specialist dietary requirements.
• Current HACCP and food-handler certification.
• Absolute discretion, professionalism, patience, and trustworthiness.
• Proven ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, including when receiving direct or demanding feedback.
