Main responsibilities
Apply safety regulations with an immediate reaction in case of a detected danger situation.
Ensure that all machine safety devices are functioning before restarting after maintenance intervention.
Propose preventive maintenance improvements in order to reduce reliability issues.
Resolve maintenance problems in the event of a breakdown in a machine or any other installation.
Report deviations found after observing the machine during corrective and preventive maintenance.
Maintain technical documentation in perfect condition regarding order, cleanliness, and updates.
Check parts before assembly to guarantee technical compliance.
Report deviations found in the spare parts warehouse.
Participate in the area line.
Participate with subcontractors during specific maintenance tasks.
Participate in maintenance meetings and in the Inter-Area Process Meeting.
Intervene in maintenance 5S and respect 5S during preventive maintenance.
The worker must carry out the functions of their job in a sustainable way, protecting the environment and taking into account the company's environmental objectives.
Communicate any permanent or temporary condition that impairs their ability to perform the assigned tasks or to make decisions with the required level of safety.
Technical training is required (Vocational Training in Electromechanical Maintenance,
Industrial Mechatronics and/or similar).
