The role

What you'll do

At DO & CO, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician for our catering operations. Their main functions are as follows:

Perform initial inspections of reported breakdowns and their repairs where appropriate.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment and facilities according to schedule.
Conductive maintenance and analysis of recorded parameters.
Monitoring of supplies (electricity, water, gas...),
Monitoring of spare parts stock, and internal requesting of the same.
Learning and interpretation of equipment maintenance manuals for their correct maintenance and repair.
Documentation of all activity in GMAO.
Proposal of improvements in equipment, processes, and facilities for the efficiency of the department.
Compliance with OHS regulations applied to the tasks performed.
Main plant facilities (Industrial hospitality machinery, industrial refrigeration, heat production, air conditioning, DHW, plumbing, cooling tower, CO2 production, lifting equipment, masonry…)
