The role
What you'll do
At DO & CO, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician for our catering operations. Their main functions are as follows:
- Perform initial inspections of reported breakdowns and their repairs where appropriate.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment and facilities according to schedule.
- Conductive maintenance and analysis of recorded parameters.
- Monitoring of supplies (electricity, water, gas...),
- Monitoring of spare parts stock, and internal requesting of the same.
- Learning and interpretation of equipment maintenance manuals for their correct maintenance and repair.
- Documentation of all activity in GMAO.
- Proposal of improvements in equipment, processes, and facilities for the efficiency of the department.
- Compliance with OHS regulations applied to the tasks performed.
- Main plant facilities (Industrial hospitality machinery, industrial refrigeration, heat production, air conditioning, DHW, plumbing, cooling tower, CO2 production, lifting equipment, masonry…)
