Education: intermediate/higher degree in refrigeration, heating, HVAC,...

We value demonstrable experience in:

Heating and ventilation installations.
Electrical installations.
Steam installations.
Control installations.
Fire protection installations.
Plumbing and sanitation installations.
Possession of the Basic Level Occupational Risk Prevention Course.

Computer skills advanced level in:

Microsoft Office Suite
Google Applications (Gmail, drive, meet...)
AutoCAD

Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00-17:30 flexible, Friday from 8 to 15.
Full-time position and stable employment.

The role

HVAC Installations Site Manager

What you'll do

Your work will consist of the monitoring and supervision of awarded works with special attention to:

Site layout of installations together with the site manager.
Control, coordination, and monitoring of subcontractors.
Control of site measurements
Control of the delivery deadlines for equipment and materials
Monitoring and control of the execution deadlines of the works
Collaboration with drafting in the development of as-built drawings.
Ensuring the order and cleanliness of the work areas and generally of the entire site.
