What you'll do

2 Main tasks and duties

• Liaising with subcontracting companies and project managers.

- Planning and supervising HVAC works

- Organizing the different work areas and site access.

- Inspecting installations of various types (HVAC, civil works, electrical, etc.)

- Reporting incidents and any work that may need to be carried out.

- Placing orders for the materials required to carry out the work.

- Coordinating subcontracting companies optimally and monitoring the work carried out by each one, and reporting to the project manager.

- Problem-solving during project execution.

- Enforcing health and safety regulations on site.

- Optimizing material resources on site.

Must act as the liaison between subcontractors and the Etra project manager, coordinate work, and organize the workers under their supervision. Resolve setbacks that may arise on a day-to-day basis (access, materials, etc.).
