Important engineering company, leader in its sector, is looking for a site foreman in the HVAC area.

2 Main tasks and functions

• Liaison with subcontracted companies and project managers.

• Plan and supervise HVAC works

• Organize the different work areas and site access.

• Inspect installations of different types (HVAC, civil works, electricity,…)

• Report incidents and possible works that must be carried out.

• Make requests for materials necessary for the execution of the works.

• Coordinate subcontracted companies optimally, monitor the works carried out by each one, and report to the project manager

• Problem-solving during the execution of the works.

• Enforce health and safety regulations on site.

• Optimization of site material resources

Must act as a liaison between subcontractors and the Etra project manager, coordinate works, and organize the workers under their charge. Resolve setbacks that may arise on a day-to-day basis (access, materials, …).

Vocational Training (FP II) or Higher Degree in HVAC

Min. 3 years advisable.

Must have demonstrable knowledge and experience in HVAC projects, heating, thermal installations,…

Driver's license, availability for occasional travel
