What you'll do
Functions:
Deal with the client regarding issues arising from the project.
Control and execution of the installation of cost controllers and thermostatic valves. Completion and compliance with deadlines and schedules, which is essential for the success of the project.
Supervision of construction work carried out by their staff and subcontractors.
Sales and collection of optional extras (commercial add-ons) to property owners.
Resolution of problems during the execution of the works.
Management of their own stock and tools.
Monitoring of installations, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental conditions.
Carrying out technical, quality, safety, and environmental inspections as defined within the scope of the project.
