The role

What you'll do

Analyze and ensure the correct application of all project specifications related to underground systems, gravity drainage, roads, and pavements, identifying discrepancies, technical risks, or optimization opportunities.
Lead the hydraulic calculation, layout, and sizing of gravity drainage systems (stormwater, oily water, and sanitary water) using StormCAD or other hydraulic calculation programs.
Supervise and validate the 3D modeling of underground systems, ensuring a design free of interferences (clash-free), compliance with minimum safety distances, and correct coordination with other disciplines.
Lead studies for roads, access points, and pavements, defining light and heavy traffic areas, finish typologies, and surface drainage solutions.
Technically coordinate the development of the project's underground systems, ensuring correct integration between disciplines and assuming, when necessary, the global coordination of the underground systems.
Review and validate pre-sizing, design, and quantity take-offs (take-offs) for procurement processes or requests for quotation.
Review and approve underground systems deliverables (layout drawings, isometrics, manhole lists, and construction details).
Identify and promote technical improvements or Value Engineering proposals to optimize costs, execution timelines, or constructability.
