Requirements

What we're looking for

Education:

Intermediate vocational training module in installations or equivalent in experience.

Experience of at least 2 years with knowledge in electrical and/or mechanical installations or in a similar position.

Interpretation of plans and diagrams relating to all types of mechanical installations: HVAC and ventilation installations, plumbing, fire protection (PCI), and electrical.
Planning of personnel and/or subcontractors.
Collecting data on site to report to the assigned site manager
Knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical installations.
Perform preventive resource functions.

Schedule: flexible from 8:00 to 17:30 Monday to Thursday and Friday from 8:00 to 15:00.

The role

What you'll do

Among its main functions will be:

Management of site documentation: collection of delivery notes, equipment certificates,...
Control and supervision of the assigned works correctly.
Management of small materials and delivery deadlines.
Execution of small interventions relating to the installations, with a certain autonomy but always under the supervision of the site manager.
