Requirements

What we're looking for

Academic training: Intermediate/Higher degree in masonry.

Professional experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in maintenance masonry, integral renovations or repairs positions.

Requirements:

Valid Class B driver's license

User-level handling of IT tools,

Nice to have

Additionally the following will be valued:

Complementary training in OSH, working at heights, working with live electricity, additional licenses, legionella, thermal, low voltage,...
Communication and self-organization skills.
Experience in metal carpentry

What you'll get

Full-time and stable position
Morning shift schedule, 7.30 15.30 Monday to Friday with entry flexibility.

The role

Your functions would be:

Masonry repairs and finishing: Opening and closing of chases, receiving of boxes, pipes and pre-frames, mortar build-ups, and occasional plastering and rendering.
Replacement and renewal of finishes: Changing of broken tiles, tiles or loose pieces of flooring and wall tiling; perimeter sealing and minor waterproofing.
Pladur and false ceilings: Repair, patching and replacement of plasterboard (PYL), basic framing and replacement of plaster boards or suspended ceilings.
Remediation of pathologies: Treatment and scraping of dampness, sealing of cracks or fissures, and preparation of surfaces for their subsequent finish.
Painting and touch-up finishes: Filling, sanding and painting of walls after repairs or technical installations.
Assistance to other technical trades: Occasional support in wall openings, heavy fixings and openings/closings after plumbing, electrical or HVAC works.
Management and cleaning of work area: Stockpiling of material, prior protection of walkways, removal of debris and delivery of completely clean areas.
Reporting to Team Leader.
