The role

Multiskilled Maintenance Technician (HVAC and Electricity)

What you'll do

with the necessary knowledge and skills to define, assess, design and participate in HVAC, ventilation, heating and energy efficiency projects.

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration, HVAC equipment and electrical installations.
- Supervise and maintain HVAC systems (heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
- Execute electrical maintenance tasks, such as checking electrical panels, wiring and installations in general.
- Diagnose and repair faults in refrigeration, HVAC and electrical systems.
- Perform general maintenance on the machinery and installations of the assigned building, attending to any incidents that may arise.
- Record interventions, energy consumption and operating parameters.
- Measure and control air quality and the efficiency of the installations.
- Guarantee compliance with safety regulations and legionella prevention.
- Collaborate with the technical team to optimize the performance of the assigned installations.
- Adapt to the needs of the service, providing support in different maintenance areas according to the needs of the facility.

Requirements

Nice to have:

. Have intermediate, higher vocational training or a professional certificate in their specialty.
· Thermal installations in buildings installer license (RITE).
· Fluorinated gases certificate.
