The employee is responsible for the results of their assigned lines, including workplace safety, quality, reliability, production plan compliance, productivity, and production costs.

What you'll do

Responsible across all shifts (24 hours) for results regarding safety, quality, reliability, achievement of production objectives, productivity, and costs in their Cell; Responsible for the DDS cycle in their cell (Shift DDS, Cell DDS, weekly and monthly DDS) and for the Incident Elimination, Defect Management, Inspection, Cleaning and Lubrication, and Quality DMSs; Responsible for following up on DDS actions and ensuring their execution.
Acts as a servant leadership role model. Develops and implements short-term (24h/weekly) and medium-term (90 days) plans aimed at reducing losses and increasing people's skills (technical and related to IWS systems). Develops the DMSs linked to this function.
Promotes the mindset change derived from IWS in their cell. Ensures the proper deployment of the continuous improvement culture and the Zero Loss mindset across all teams under their charge, through continuous coaching activities.
Ensures the execution of daily production activities in their Cell (QUIP, Rework, quality measurements, material testing) and manages the necessary information and documentation, always aligned with the Zero Loss mindset. Develops action plans, sets priorities for the team, and assigns resources to execute the production plan. Identifies the root cause of problems and eliminates losses.
Ensures that all safety procedures are correctly implemented. Advises and trains the team on safety-related aspects, acts as a role model regarding safety, ensures that good safety behaviors are valued, and ensures that teams complete safety training and comply with legal regulations.
Guides the professional development of the line team. Advises operational teams on the processes and technical aspects of equipment, DMSs, and loss elimination tools, to achieve their Cell's operational objectives.
Manages various tasks and projects as they arise and at the request of Management. Executes and supervises the execution of actions related to the Pillars' PDCA and the DMSs within their scope of responsibility.
