🔎We are opening a stable vacancy as a Port Operations and Mooring Agent for our workplace in Santa Cruz de Tenerife and we want you to be part of our team!

What you'll do

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Execute the tightening and loosening operations of the mooring lines to perform the berthing and unberthing of the vessel.
  • Perform mooring and unmooring maneuvers, applying the established workplace safety criteria according to occupational risk prevention regulations in port operations.
  • Control the capacities of the various cargo holds of each vessel and the license plates of the vehicles to be boarded to guarantee correct access control, communicating any detected changes regarding the guidelines to the office.
  • Manage the loading and unloading operations of vehicles at the dock, following established protocols and providing support to those who require it.
  • Review vehicle reservations to verify that the data is correctly entered into the system.
  • Monitor traffic in the pre-boarding and boarding areas to facilitate the flow of trucks, cars, and passengers, ensuring the safety of equipment and customers.
  • Review boarding passes to ensure that reservations are correct and perform their reading using the various enabled devices.
