The role

Veolia Servicios Lecam needs to hire an Industrial Technical Engineer or Industrial Engineer in Tenerife with technical training and experience in the supervision and coordination of mechanical and electrical installation works. Specialized in HVAC systems, fire protection, and low voltage, with the ability to
lead projects from the execution phase to final delivery, ensuring compliance with regulations, deadlines, and quality standards.

What you'll do

- Key competencies and skills:

1. Technical knowledge in the design, installation, and operation of HVAC systems (VRV, split, chillers, etc.), fire detection and suppression (sprinklers, BIE, automatic detection), and low voltage electrical networks.
2. Works management: experience in planning, monitoring, and controlling work progress, coordination of subcontractors, and resolution of technical incidents in the field.
3. Interpretation of blueprints and technical documentation, as well as proficiency in CAD tools and project management software.
4. Regulatory compliance: up-to-date knowledge of applicable current regulations (RITE, REBT, CTE, etc.) and experience in processing technical documentation before official bodies.
5. Leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, coordinate suppliers, and maintain a fluid relationship with clients and technical management.
6. Results orientation and a focus on the quality, safety, and sustainability of the installations.
