The duties will be as follows:

• Contract management,
• Direct liaison with clients,
• Supervision of the staff under their responsibility in the execution of installation, maintenance, and improvement works on central heating systems.
• Monitoring of central heating systems and energy meters.
• Preparation of budgets.

• Immediate availability.
• Full-time position with stable employment,
• Salary to be agreed based on the candidate's worth.

• Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM (flexible), Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Las funciones serán las siguientes:

• La gestión de contratos,
• Interlocución directa con clientes,
• Supervisión del personal a su cargo,  en la ejecución de trabajos de instalación, mantenimiento y mejora de instalaciones de calefacción central.
• Seguimiento de sistemas de calefacción central y contadores de energía.
• Realización de presupuestos.

• Jornada completa y puesto de trabajo estable,
