Requirements

  • Valuable training in Intermediate or Higher Degree in Electricity, Electronics or a related discipline, with proven experience in supervising teams at power generation plants.

  • 5-7 years of experience in electrical maintenance and instrumentation, with at least 2 years in team supervision or coordination roles.

  • Leadership skills, effective communication, electrical safety regulations (RBT, NTP) and availability to work shifts and travel between sites.
