Your mission will be to supervise and coordinate factory operations, guaranteeing productive efficiency, recycled material quality, personnel safety, and compliance with environmental regulations.

Supervise the complete recycling process: Control all stages (reception, classification, crushing, washing, extrusion, homogenization) guaranteeing quality and efficiency.
Coordinate and lead the operations team: Direct the shift supervisors and maintain fluid communication with shift supervisors and line managers.
Control quality and optimize yields: Monitor quality parameters of the recycled material, reduce waste, and manage rejection flows.
Manage indicators and resolve incidents: Report production KPIs and solve technical and operational problems of the plant.
